Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MAY Assistant platform and this website. MAY Assistant is a product of Cellular Advisory, a Texas-based technology company. All services, billing, and support for MAY Assistant are provided by Cellular Advisory ("we," "us," or "our"). By using MAY Assistant or this website, you agree to these Terms.
Description of service
MAY Assistant is a software service that helps real estate agents respond to, follow up with, and schedule appointments with leads via phone, SMS, and web chat, using automated and AI-assisted messaging alongside human oversight.
Accounts and use of the service
Customers ("Agents") who subscribe to MAY Assistant are responsible for the accuracy of information provided to configure the service, and for complying with applicable laws regarding communication with their own leads and clients, including telemarketing and messaging consent laws.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use MAY Assistant to send unsolicited, deceptive, or unlawful messages, or to use the service in any way that violates applicable telecommunications regulations.
Payment and billing
MAY Assistant is billed at $97/month, per agent, on a recurring monthly basis. There is no setup fee and no long-term contract — cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Disclaimer of warranties
MAY Assistant is provided "as is." While we work to keep the service reliable and accurate, we do not guarantee that AI-generated responses will always be error-free, and Agents remain responsible for reviewing and overseeing conversations with their leads.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cellular Advisory is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MAY Assistant or this website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
